On the directive of Divisional Commissioner Mirpurkhas Abdul Wahid Sheikh, the Health Department and PPHI Tharparkar, free medical camps have been set up in various parts of Tharparkar District. These camps are set up for the treatment of pregnant women and children.
According to the details from the health department, free medical camps are set up at Taluka Mithi, Union Council Posarko village, Nohato, taluka Diplo, UC Dabhro Village Seengalo, Taluka Kaloi UC khetlari village Netaveri, Taluka Islamkot UC Seengaro village Saleh Janjhi , taluka Chachro UC Dharindro village Rohiraro, Taluka Dahli UC Jese JO Par village Khaririyoon and Taluka Nangarparkar UC Dabho village Bhaki .
Similarly, medical camps are also set up from the PPHI Tharparkar taluka Diplo UC Sobhiar village Chaho, taluka Nangarparkar UC Pillu village Mokhai , taluka Islamkot UC Singharo village Saleh Janjhi and at taluka Diplo UC Dabhro village Bhagario.
The Department of Livestock is also working on a daily basis to save the animals from the diseases in the Tharparkar district where 661,956 animals have been vaccinated and 8757 animals have been treated till date.
