Mobile services to suspend in parts of Balochistan

Balochistan government has suspended mobile internet services, Wingle, Charji etc, PTCL V. Wireless and all Wireless Telephone Services in Quetta, Mach, Randhawa and Usta Muhammad ahead of Ashura.

According to official document, cellular services in Quetta will be suspended on 26th, 28th and 29th July from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight while in Mach, district Bolan, there will be no service on 26th July from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight. There will be no cellular service in Quetta, Usta Muhammad and Randhawa on 29th July.

Last week, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) announced that mobile services in some areas of Karachi will remain partially suspended until Muharram 10 (July 29).

The telecommunication regulator said that the decision to suspend the services is on the instructions issued by the Ministry of Interior.
