Fact Check:

In order to check the claim we analysed the format of shared letter head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

we found that the shared letter head had some formatting distinctions when compared to original notifications issued by the PTI. The example below show original notification from the PTI website where the date in the reference number is written in the YYYY format and signatures of Secretary General Asad Umar is also missing.

We also found that Yousaf Naseem Khokhar, Interior Secretary named in the document retired on March 7, 2023, two months before this agreement was made.
